Made myself a howler
I made myself a howler yesterday. It was nice to turn one out again. It's elk antler powered by a Carver toneboard. I couldn't put the clearcoat on yet because it was to cold and it wouldn't cure up good. Because of that, I couldn't glue in the toneboard either, so I wrapped it in electrical tape to give it a snug fit!

Nash's call
I made my younger brother Nash a distress call for his birthday yesterday. He was THRILLED! It also has a Carver Ruthless. I sanded a spot of it white, and wrote his name, the date and signed it with my initials. Unfortunatley, I couldn't get the camera to focus on that. Oh well.
Sorry for the bad picture!

Thanks for looking!

Calls
Here are some calls I've made recently.
The first one I made for Dad. I took his old Sceery open reed, took the toneboard, made a new reed, and put it in an antler body.
The next is a double barrel howler with a YDD3 board.
Last but not least is a little call that can do it all, distress, howls, and Ki-yis that'll make your ears bleed!! It comes with a simple lanyard.
